Our History
Established in 1945
At 20 years old, Tom Brennand started his career as an apprentice Butcher at R. Lomas in Blackpool
Tom Brennand worked at Lucas & Co, progressing to National Account Manager covering the North of England.
Tom Brennand established Fylde Butchers Supplies Limited - supplying ingredients to the trade.
Tom's sons David & Mike Brennand join Fylde Butchers Supplies, carrying on their Father's passion for ingredients. They expanded into sundries.
David & Mike were involved in other food related businesses
Innovative Food Ingredients is established, securing partnerships with global manufacturers Newly Weds Foods and AVO, purely focusing on ingredients.
Chantelle Brennand joins IFI as the 3rd generation
The business rebrands as IFI, introducing Butchers Collective and Taste Creation.
