Lemon Butter Curry
This Lemon Butter Curry is fresh serving suggestion for two of our favourites - it went down a treat in our taste tests!
Created with AVO Lafiness Spicy Lemon Marinade and AVO Maritop Butter Curry Sauce.
Perfect for a Mother’s Day lunch, or family dinner. A tasty combination of spice, citrus and smooth, rich curry flavours.
Ingredients
- 2 x Chicken Breasts or Legs
- AVO Maritop Butter Curry Sauce
- AVO Lafiness Spicy Lemon Marinade
Method of Preparation
- Prepare the chicken
- Glaze with the AVO Lafiness Spicy Lemon Marinade at between 8-10%
- Prepare a tray with 2-3 large spoonfuls of AVO Maritop Butter Curry Sauce
- Lay the marinaded chicken on top
Cook at Home
- Oven roast in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350°F Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Service with rice, noodles or a fresh leafy salad
