- 1kg Sliced Pork Tenderloin
- 300g Sliced Chorizo
- 1 Diced Red Pepper
- 200g Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 600g AVO Spanish Style Chorizo Sauce
- Fresh Parsley for Garnish
Pack into foil trays, ready to be baked in the oven or transferred to a pan and fried.
Make it more saucy by adding extra cherry tomatoes. More sauce = more profit!
