A cross between chip shop curry sauce and Tikka Masala, this sauce is packed with flavours that your customers will love.

Perfect with Chicken or Pork.

MariTop Stir-Fry Sauces are easy to use – just add 800g of sauce to 2kg of meat / substrate.

An additional 150g of vegetables can be added if required to the 2.8kg batch.

How to Use

Simply add to meat, stir, garnish and display!

At Home

Ready to fry in a wok or pan. Also excellent served topped with a Chicken Breast or Pork Steak, coated in a cripsy AVO Crumb for an iconic combination.
