Recipe Idea: Gourmet Garlic Butter Burgers

These Gourmet Garlic Butter Burgers are a unique twist on a BBQ classic, bursting with flavour with herb butter after notes.

Ingredients

• 4 x 112g Arthur Pipkins Cracked Pepper and Red Onion Burgers
• AVO Herb Butter Crumb or AVO French Deco Crumb
• AVO Lafiness Herb Butter Marinade
• Thin Sliced Lemon (Add to Taste)

Method of Preparation

1. Press out 112g of the burger meat.
2. Roll the edges in the AVO Herb Butter Crumb or AVO French Deco Crumb
3. Brush over with the AVO Lafiness Herb Butter Marinade over the top
4. Garnish with thin sliced lemon on the top of each burger.
