Ingredients
- AVO Mediterranean Meatloaf Mix
- AVO Lafiness Rosmarin Oil Based Marinade
- AVO Spicy Mango Sauce
- 1kg Lamb Mince
- Spinach
- Ready Made Puff Pastry
Method of Preparation
- Mix 1kg Lamb mince with 100g Meatloaf Mix and 200g Spicy Mango sauce
- Spread the mix 2cm thick over the puff pastry
- Layer the spinach on top
- Roll up and glaze with AVO Lafiness Rosmarin Oil Based Marinade
Cook at Home
Open roast in a pre-heated oven at 180°C /
350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 40 minutes or until
cooked to the customer’s preference.
