Sausage Mixes

Our mixes are used extensively by Butchers and Farm Shops up and down the UK, to create traditional and on trend flavours, using all meats, including; pork, beef, lamb, game and poultry to vegetables and pulses, that not only look great in counter displays but taste fantastic on the customer’s plate!

Our mixes can also be used by ‘at home’ sausage makers, to use with domestic sausage making machines.

Within the Arthur Pipkins range there are several Gluten Free Sausage Mixes, to offer even more choice and satisfy your customers’ needs. All Arthur Pipkins Gourmet Sausage Mixes are free from artificial flavours and colours and taste exactly how they should!

To use, combine the Sausage Mix with the chosen minced meat and water, following the PDF recipe instructions on each product page and then fill into Sausage Casings, which we can also supply.

Supplied in 1.18kg packs which make up a 9.08kg (20lb) batch.
